With the 17 room types and 45 different layouts it can be difficult to get the exact room you see in the photo, however that is one aspect that makes the property unique and different from other properties. The fees you mention are the standard guest amenity fees, which is a market norm for most properties in Portland. Should you change your mind about staying with us again, just give us a call and we can do our best to arrange the room that you see in the pictures!
